Digital programs and downloads

Because our training programs and guides are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.

If you purchased a program and have not downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email project.b3377@gmail.com with your order number and we will confirm the file was not accessed and process your refund to the original payment method.

Problems with your files

If a file is missing, won't open, or is damaged, contact us and we will send a working copy or help you access it. If we can't fix the problem, we will refund your purchase.

Coaching services

Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling for coaching sessions and packages are covered by the terms agreed when you book. Contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Discount codes

Discount codes can't be applied to past orders.
